Jimmy Whatley has a BS and Masters degree from Auburn University in Agronomy and Soils. He is a co-founder of the Auburn chapter of the Farmhouse fraternity. His business career began in 1973 as a County Agent with the Cooperative Extension Service in the state of Georgia. In 1978 he formally entered the Agriculture Chemical industry as a salesman for Griffin Corporation. For the next twenty years he held various positions, including Vice-President and Business Director of one of their market sectors. During that time, he assisted Griffin in building sales from $5 million to $400 million annually. He is retired from the AgChem industry and continues his involvement in real estate development and the automotive industry.
Mallory Atkinson, III -
Mallory Atkinson, III, is a 1986 graduate of the JM Tull School of
Accounting at the University of Georgia and serves as Chief Financial
Officer for the Company. From 1993 to the present, Mr. Atkinson has
had a private accounting practice providing financial consulting,
planning, and management services to numerous clients. Prior to that
time, Mr. Atkinson worked at several companies including The
Robinson-Humphrey Co, Inc., Southern Office Concepts, Inc., and
Butler, Williams and Wyche, CPAs.
