Lanier M. Davenport, Sr. is a founding partner of EcoVerdance, Global Balanced Carbon Technologies, and Accelegrow Technologies, Inc. His specialty is in fostering early-stage developing companies and growing emerging technologies. Lanier has served as CEO of several NASDAQ and small-cap public companies. He currently serves as Chairman for EcoVerdance. Lanier has a focused passion for balancing the Earth's carbon burden and feeding the world's hungry. He is a graduate of Auburn University, where he received a BS degree in Accounting and an MBA. He is a licensed CPA and attorney, and currently resides in Kennesaw, Georgia.

Jimmy Whatley has a BS and Masters degree from Auburn University in Agronomy and Soils. He is a co-founder of the Auburn chapter of the Farmhouse fraternity. His business career began in 1973 as a County Agent with the Cooperative Extension Service in the state of Georgia. In 1978 he formally entered the Agriculture Chemical industry as a salesman for Griffin Corporation. For the next twenty years he held various positions, including Vice-President and Business Director of one of their market sectors. During that time, he assisted Griffin in building sales from $5 million to $400 million annually. He is retired from the AgChem industry and continues his involvement in real estate development and the automotive industry.

L. Marchant Davenport, Jr. graduated from Auburn University in 2007 with a BS in Electrical Engineering and a BA in Spanish. Mr. Davenport has participated in a number of early stage start up ventures and is the founding member of Stanmac Capital, LLC, a private investment group, in which he has served as managing director since 2004. He also serves as President of Global Balanced Carbon Technologies, Inc.
