 Graduate of University of Pennsylvania Wharton School with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. From 1973-1989 held financial positions at Bank of New York(formerly Irving Trust Company) and later Fahnestock and Company, a medium sized Wall Street firm. During the 1990's served as Director and Secretary of Whitehall Corporation, a NYSE listed defense and electronics concern. Since then, he has been an investor, partner and General Partber in various real estate, energy and other private companies.
