 Mark Turrell co-founded Imaginatik in 1994 and has designed leading-edge innovation management programs for over 300 companies. In 1998, he was the first to recognize the potential for idea management technology, then defined by Post-it Notes brainstorms and suggestion boxes. He was also the first to incorporate human and management factors into innovation management technology.
Under Mark's leadership, Imaginatik has built the largest installed base of all innovation management software firms and has helped clients to consistently achieve multimillion-dollar benefits. Mark is a regular contributor to articles and research reports on innovation, a frequent speaker at conferences, and an expert guest on network radio and television programs. He is a Research Fellow of Penn State University and has lectured at the Cass (U.K.), INSEAD (France), and Harvard business schools.
Prior to founding Imaginatik, Mark worked at General Motors and Intel. Mark is based in Boston, London, and Berlin.
